Mates - Bruce Burton and Mike Schuh

Mates features a group of new sculptures, videos, and photographs. Bruce and Mike have known each other for a long time, and have worked together in a variety of capacities, but this is the first time they’ve made an exhibition together. Works were made separately but conceived of jointly. The show provides opportunities for the artists to come together, and come apart from each other, and come together and come apart with the audience. Imagined, abstracted, conceptualized - one thing is never alone; an alternate or opposite is just a blink away. The exhibition runs through March 23, 2019.
